Cards and PayPal

We can accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. These can be used online, for phone or email orders, and also at events where we have a card reader. Payment is accepted from ost countries and currencies; you are billed in Pounds Sterling (GBP), which is converted to your local currency by yor card provider..

Security

We use Braintree (owned by PayPal) to process card payments. We do not retain any card details (if you order by phone or email, your card details are destroyed after processing). Data is encrypted by SSL between our web site and Braintree. Both Braintree and ourselves are fully PCI compliant. Braintree will record your payment details; this data is not accessible from the internet, and is strongly encrypted and secured.

Bank Transfer

After placing your order, the order confirmation email will give you the total amount due, and details of the bank account to which payment should be made.

If making payment from overseas, please specify the amount to be transferred in Pounds Sterling (GBP), and ensure that you cover both sender's and recipient's bank charges.

Your order will be accepted upon receipt of funds. Pieces ordered will be set aside for you for 14 days from when you place the order, to give time for you to make the transfer and for funds to arrive.

Cheque

We accept cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank. After placing your order, the order confirmation email will give you the total amount due, who to make the cheque out to, and where to send it.

Due to the costs and complexities of processing, we cannot accept cheques in other currencies or drawn on foreign banks.

Your order will be accepted upon receipt of cleared funds. Pieces ordered will be set aside for you for 14 days from when you place the order, to give time to receive your cheque and for funds to clear.

Refunds

If you are due a refund, then this will be paid within 14 days. We will generally use the same method by which you paid (e.g. to the same card that you paid with); the exception is that we will pay by bank transfer if refunding a cheque payment.
