Your order is sent to you directly from the potter who made the piece. If you have pieces from a number of potters in your order, each potter will ship their pieces separately. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with shipping details.
All pieces are well packaged to ensure that they arrive with you intact.
All shipping costs are included in the price of the pieces you order.
Each potter has indicated their delivery times. These are based on the quoted delivery time of the carrier they use; there may be unexpected delays due to the turmoil of life under coronavirus. Generally you should receive your order within 10 days of receipt of payment.
Although the web site is currently only set up for shipping to the UK, we are happy to ship to customers overseas. Please contact us, giving us the piece(s) you are interested in and your delivery address, and we will give you a price and delivery time.
Note that there may be import duty and taxes to pay when the shipment arrives in your country. You often need to pay this before the package is allowed to leave customs. It is your responsibility to pay any such charges.
